Mac OS내에 중국어 입력기가 있지만, 병음PINYIN을 통해서 입력할 때 단어조합이 별로 좋지 않기때문에 만족스럽지 못합니다. 하지만 이번에 소개할 fit는 맥에서 사용하기 아주 좋은 무료 중국어 입력기입니다.

개인적으로 집에서는 맥북을 사용하는데, 윈도우os에서 ftp소프트웨어인 FileZilla를 자주 사용하는 편인데, 맥os에서도 사용해보니 아주 좋더라구요.

만약 Microsoft office나 기타 문서 편집 툴이 너무 복잡하다고 생각하신다면, Bean을 사용해보는것도 좋을듯 합니다.

Bean is a small, easy-to-use word processor (or more precisely, a rich text editor), designed to make writing convenient, efficient and comfortable. Bean is Open Source, fully Cocoa, and is available free of charge! MS Word, OpenOffice, etc. try to be all things to all people. But sometimes you just want the right tool for the job. That is Bean's niche.


Requirements

A Mac with a PPC or Intel processor running OS X 10.4 Tiger, OS X 10.5 Leopard, or OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard


Features

Bean is a small, easy-to-use word processor that includes:

• a live word count

• a Get Info panel for in-depth statistics

• a zoom-slider to easily change the view scale

• an Inspector panel with lots of sliders

• date-stamped backups

• autosaving

• a page layout mode

• an alternate colors option (e.g., white text on blue)

• selection of text by text style, paragraph style, color, etc.

• a floating windows option (like Stickies has)

Remote Desktop Connection Client 2.0.1(Mac에서 윈도우 사용하기)

회사에서는 노트북 + 데스크탑 이렇게 사용하고 있고 집에 가면 Mac을 사용하고 있습니다. 여태껏 맥에 윈도우 OS를 설치하지 않았는데, 가끔은 인터넷 뱅킹 할때면 윈도우 OS가 꼭 필요하더군요. 회사에서 두 컴을 연결하기 위해서 Remote Desktop Connection이라는 프로그램을 사용하는데,  맥에서 사용하는 것이 없을가 해서 찾아보니 역시 있네요^^.

Allows you to connect to a Windows-based computer and work with programs and files on that computer from your Macintosh computer. To connect to a Windows-based computer, you need network access and permissions to connect to the computer, and the computer must be running Terminal Services or Remote Desktop Services. 맥용 트위터 프로그램-Echofon(Twitter for Mac client)

요즘 대한민국에도 마이크로블로깅 트위터(Twitter) 열풍이 불고 있는데, 맥용 트위터 프로그램을 하나하나 소개할가 합니다.

일단 제가 개인적으로 사용해본 결과 아주 괜찮은 트위터 클라이언트인 Echofon을 소개합니다. 무료로 사용할 수 있으며 필요한 기능들만 있는 아주 좋은 클라이언트라고 생각됩니다.

본 프로그램은 사용에 아무런 제한이 없는 프리웨어입니다.

Apple사의 QuickTime은 동영상 포맷으로 유명한 MOV 포맷을 재생해 주는 프로그램입니다.

지난번에 윈도우 시스템용 스카피프skype를 소개한 적이 있습니다. 얼마 전에 스카이프측에서 맥용 스카이프Skype 2.8버전을 내놓았습니다.


  • System Requirements
  • Mac computer with G4, G5 or Intel processor,  800 MHz or faster.
  • Mac OS X v10.3.9 (Panther) or newer.
  • For higher-resolution video a faster processor (Core 2 Duo) and a broadband connection with at least 384kbps upload speeds.
  • 512 MB RAM.
  • 100 MB free disk space on your hard drive.
  • Either a built-in or external microphone is required for voice calls.
  • Either USB or regular headset if your Mac does not have a built-in microphone.
  • Download drivers if you are using an external webcam.
  • Internet connection – broadband is best (GPRS is not supported for voice calls).
